Vertical Program Management System (VPM)™ is a new, state of the art product for managing the risk inherent within any manufacturing program that relies on the delivery of component paths from suppliers. It is a decision support tool capable of generating assessment analyses and reports about production of an interconnecting network of suppliers and customers that characterize the supply chain in most production environments. Where feasible, VPM™ seamlessly and non-intrusively integrates with legacy systems to create an easy-to-use application that allows managers and makers to "look-down" into the supplier network, see vendors, and visualize the production of needed components.

Vertical Program Management System (VPM)™ is a web-based application that helps Prime Manufacturers, Customers, and Suppliers see a total aspect view of fabrication information, supplier production base and other pertinent information. Purpose is to enable better planning and decision making. It is capable of generating custom industrial base analyses and assessment reports. The system has the capability to integrate data from existing databases to provide a unified view of the composite base at any point in time. The application displays information for production of items and components in the Industrial Base including current planning information for each item/component, facility capabilities for the production of these items, contract schedules for actual contracted production of items, and other information.

From April 2009 to June 2010, American Police Departments spent approximately $350 million in settlements and judgments related to misconduct allegations. During this time, nearly 6000 police misconduct charges were filed. The largest category of these cases was Excessive Use of Force. Even though most cases were related to a single or small group of officers, most resulted in lawsuits against entire departments and/or municipalities.

The Law Enforcement Training and Tracking System (LETTS) and its related Liability Limitation Center combine online training, department-wide status tracking, proactive notifications, and knowledge from an evergrowing community of law enforcement professionals into a comprehensive yet easy-to-use tool.

It is the answer to executives’ legal requirement to train officers in proper Use of Force, record the training, and retrieve documentation in a court-ready format. LETTS increases officer professionalism and safety, reduces liability, and is offered at a cost that is less than the current administrative expense of most legacy systems.
